Dr. Marlene Roberts
Dr. Marlene Roberts holds advanced academic and clinical training in clinical psychology, anti-aging medicine, and functional health sciences. Her patient-centered, integrative approach combines medical science with a deep understanding of emotional wellness—addressing both physical and mental health in unison.
Her career began in oncology, where witnessing the emotional toll on patients and their families led her to pursue further education in clinical psychology at Pepperdine University, while continuing advanced nursing studies at UCLA. Over the years, she has trained alongside renowned surgeons and physicians, specializing in treating complex cases that often include intertwined physical and psychological factors.
Her current practice focuses on bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT/TRT), functional diagnostics, personalized nutrition, cognitive health, and the mind-body connection.
Roberts integrates therapies such as hormone pellet implants, cognitive assessments, advanced lab testing, and complementary practices like therapeutic fasting, and detox protocols—all tailored to each patient’s unique biology and lifestyle. Her mission is to help individuals achieve long-term health and emotional vitality through proactive, science-based care.
Originally from Santa Barbara, Dr. Roberts has brought her comprehensive wellness approach back to her home community through a private practice in Santa Ynez—offering integrative care that blends medical, holistic, and family-centered principles under one roof.
